STC South Central Texas is administered according to the STC South Central Texas Bylaws (2023). The Admin Council consists of the following officers:
- President – required to maintain chapter
- Treasurer – required to maintain chapter
- Secretary – may be combined with Treasurer
- Director
- Immediate Past President – assumed by outgoing President
- Vice President (optional)
The following jobs and roles are available and are assumed by members of the Admin Council:
- Newsletter Manager
- Social Media Manager
- Event Coordinator
- Website Manager
- Membership Coordinator
- MiniConference Manager
