Agile development is a popular methodology used by software companies. This presentation describes how technical writers can transition to agile development smoothly when they float among several cross-functional project teams. Main topics addressed are as follows:
- How to transition from waterfall to agile development
- How to gain clout and presence on cross-functional teams
- Release planning in agile development from a writer’s point of view
- Iteration planning in agile development from a writer’s point of view
The program meeting will be at the Holiday Inn Select at Greenway Plaza, 2712 Southwest Freeway (on the southbound feeder of SH 59). Self-parking at the Holiday Inn Select is included in the cost of each program meeting. You will receive a validation sticker when you arrive at the registration table. Valet parking is not included in this service.
