With a sharp eye for streamlining complex processes and a knack for translating tech jargon into plain language, he empowers users and developers alike. Hailing from Austin, Texas, he is passionate about breaking down silos and creating bridges between different technical communication communities. He has an undergraduate degree from UT Austin and a master’s degree in professional and technical communication from UNT.
