Patricia Golemon will present information about communicating and working with people from different cultures and how improving our intercultural awareness can provide us with increased employment opportunities and ease in the workplace.
Patricia is an associate professor of professional writing at the University of Houston Downtown. Her research interests include intercultural and technical communications. She has worked in a variety of industries providing communication and marketing services here and abroad and taught writing and literature a year in Taiwan on a Fulbright.
