Greetings, Society for Technical Communication members, associates, and friends!

My name is Syneetra A. Williams, and I am the new Social Media Manager for STC’s South Central Texas region. Please allow me to share a few things about myself. I am a native New Englander and now a Houston resident who read the dictionary for pleasure while growing up. With Gator Pride, I earned the Master of Science in Technical Communication at The University of Houston-Downtown (UHD). During my educational tenure, I received two graduate certificates in Plain Language and Medical & Applied Health Communication. My Bachelor of Science is in Professional Writing, also from UHD, and an Associate of Applied Science, AAS, in Digital Communications with a graphic design specialization at Houston Community College.

My passion for teaching, writing stories, fun anecdotes, and discussing research drives me daily. Currently, I am writing a trilogy of erotic mysteries. If you enjoy eroticism filled with compelling paranormal twists, dark secrets, and morsels that make you wonder, then please reach out to me and let us share some uncanny ideas. Writing is exciting because it allows all of us to express ourselves in the most vivid and crafty ways. Remember, human imagination knows no boundaries nor limits. Allow it to lead your creativity.

  1. Hello, Syneetra! Thanks for telling us a little about yourself.
When this COVID situation eases, I hope to visit with you at a Chapter meeting.
In the meantime, Skype and/or Go to Meeting will have to do.
All the best to you in your position as Social Media Manager!

    1. Hello, Noel!
Thank you for reading my introduction and reaching out to me.
I am looking forward to meeting you and the others when this COVID-19 situation eases.
Meeting a person face-to-face is so precious these days. We should never take it for granted.
Working with STC in this capacity keeps me smiling.
Again, thank you for stopping by to say hello.
