Since moving to Houston in 1996, Mr. Hale has worked on projects aligning employees to the core values and cultures of global Fortune 500 corporations in the E&P and O&G industries such as Apache, Chevron and ConocoPhillips, as well as oilfield service providers such as Halliburton and PathFinder Energy Services (part of Schlumberger). Additionally, Mr. Hale is fluent with cutting edge learning management systems and HRIS systems and possesses hands-on expertise and fluency with current learning trends / technologies and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Studio & Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Trivantis Lectora. He also possess nearly two decades of hands-on expertise and fluency with both Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Video Production Suite, as well as 3D animation tools. He is also a voiceover talent and audio producer.
