In her article titled 10 ways to repurpose Your Business Content, Angela Stringfellow describes clever ways to reuse business content. I especially like #5 “Revisit History.” I love it when the manager of a development group takes the time to share the product background and history with me. As a new team member, I find the “story” behind the product (i.e., why it was developed, how it has evolved, and where the team envisions it going) to be very beneficial. There are so many good examples of how a good story can benefit a brand (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, Zappos, etc. ) that I don’t understand why more companies don’t capture and share stories.
